The Athletic Centre is the performance and physical development branch of The Tennis Centre, created to support athletes through structured, consistent, and purposeful training. It provides an environment where athletes can build strength, coordination, and confidence while developing the physical foundation needed for both sport and everyday movement.

Designed to complement the broader TTC ecosystem, The Athletic Centre offers a space where physical development is intentional, expectations are clear, and progress is supported at every stage.

We are excited to introduce Liam Sullivan, Athletic Director at The Athletic Centre. Liam leads the development and delivery of our athletic development programs, bringing a passion for helping young people build confidence, athleticism, and a lifelong love of movement.

Liam is a strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience developing youth athletes. He began his coaching career in rugby, where he spent a decade building athletes' strength, fitness, and readiness for competition.

He has worked with athletes of all ages across a range of sports, with a focus on strength development, movement quality, and long-term performance. Liam takes a performance-driven approach to coaching, helping athletes build a strong foundation and train with purpose at The Athletic Centre.

The Athletic Centre supports athletes at all stages of development, from those building a foundation to those training at a higher level. It serves both recreational and competitive athletes looking to improve their movement, strength, and overall athleticism within a structured environment. Athletes are grouped by age and level to ensure appropriate challenge, consistent progress, and long-term development.

How It Works

Athletes train in groups led by a coach who provides structure, guidance, and accountability throughout each session. Programming focuses on movement, strength, coordination, and injury prevention, with sessions designed to ensure athletes are progressing with purpose. This creates a consistent training environment where expectations are clear and development is supported over time.
